GARMENT CARE

Here at HD-Co. I use a garment dye process creating a vintage soft and pre-shrunk feel in our products. Our recommendation is washing them in cold water, with similar colors and tumble drying on low heat. Due to our small batch process, small variations in color, tone and sizing will occur. After washing, some fading may occur. 

SHIPPING

For fulfillment, our goal is a three business day turnaround. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package in to their system. This can increase up to one business week in times of high volume. If you're noticing an increased delay, contact amanda@honeydarlingcomany.com. We offer Priority USPS shipping method which takes 2-3. Please note, priority shipping will not impact the turnaround on any pre-ordered items until the order is complete and ready to ship.

[ How do your kids sizes run? ]

Our children and baby items are true to size. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.

[ How do your women's garments run? ]
Our tees run large and are meant to be an oversized unisex fit, if you are wanting a tighter fit we recommend sizing down. Our sweatshirts are true to size.
[ Is the printing safe for my child? ]
I hand-print each garment with nontoxic, water-based inks that are totally baby safe!
[ Can I combine more than one discount code? ]

At this time our website will only let you use one code at a time. If you have a specific circumstance please send me an email.

[ I noticed my order wasn't right, what can I do? ]

Mailing addresses, size selection and quantities are easy fixes on our end as long as we are notified ASAP. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will do everything possible to update your information. In the even we are not able to make changes, store credit will be issued minus any shipping charges. Email me, amanda@honeydarlingcomany.com

[ May I cancel my order? ]

Sorry! We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed. You will be issued store credit. Please refer to our return policy.
