If you happen to encounter a problem with your order, please send an email including your order number to heyhoneydarlingcompany@gmail.com

Customer is responsible for entering the correct mailing address at checkout. Mistakes happen so please contact us ASAP. And if your order has not been shipped out yet, we will do everything possible to update your shipping. Without contacting us, you order will be delivered as entered by you. An insufficient addressed package will be returned to us + will be issued STORE CREDIT minus any shipping charges.

Honey Darling Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not be exchanged or refunded. Please contact your local post office if this happens to coordinate next steps. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we can only go by what the tracking information states. It is out of our control.
